Registration Now Open
Silver Lake Band Camp returns July 18–25, 2027, and we’re excited to welcome both our seasoned campers as well as brand new faces to an unforgettable week in the mountains.
Save your spot today by completing the application and submitting the initial payment. Space fills quickly each year, so early registration is highly encouraged.

Tuition for Silver Lake Band Camp 2027 is $1,350 per camper. Register between October 9 and November 1, 2026, to receive a $200 early bird discount, reducing tuition to $1,150 per camper.
You may pay in full or make monthly payments. A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at registration to reserve your spot and will be deducted from your total tuition.
The remaining balance will be paid monthly, with the final payment due in June 2027.

Families enrolling multiple campers from the same household receive $100 off per camper.
Scholarships
If your camper received a scholarship during the 2026 season, you will receive an email with detailed instructions and a unique registration code to use when signing up for 2027.
When registering, please follow the instructions provided in the email so the scholarship is applied correctly. If you have questions or cannot locate your code, please email jason@silverlakebandcamp.com.
Refund Policy
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, the $200 deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining tuition will be refunded according to the schedule below:
100% of tuition if requested on or before May 1, 2027
50% of tuition if requested on or before June 1, 2027
25% of tuition if requested on or before July 1, 2027
No refunds will be issued within 7 days of camp
Refer a Friend and Save!
Returning campers can earn up to $600 in tuition savings. For each new camper referred, both households receive $200 off tuition, up to three referrals per household. Referred campers must be first-time attendees at SLBC.
In order to apply the discount to the families accurately, please email Jason after both families have submitted registration, and the $200 credit will be applied to your account.

Waitlist Information
Silver Lake Band Camp has limited capacity. If registration fills before all applicants can be accommodated, a waitlist will be created.
We strongly encourage families to register early, especially if you are coordinating travel, carpooling, or schedules with other campers. If a spot becomes available, families on the waitlist will be contacted in the order registrations were received.
Camp Rules & Required Forms
Before arriving at camp, families will receive an email with helpful reminders and instructions for the week.
All campers must submit the Camp Concord Waiver and review the full set of camp rules, which outline safety expectations, supervision practices, and daily routines. These guidelines help us maintain a supportive, structured environment where every camper can have a successful experience.
Registration Deadline
Registration for Silver Lake Band Camp closes on July 1, 2027, unless capacity is reached earlier. We encourage families to register as soon as possible to guarantee a spot and take advantage of the early bird discount available through November 1, 2026.
